Early Bird Fees
To qualify: register before 23.59 on Friday 01 May 2026.

Standard Fees
To qualify: register after 00.01 on Saturday 02 May 2026 but before 23.59 on Sunday 07 June 2026.

Late Booking Fees
For those who register after 00.01 on Monday 08 June 2026.

Onsite registration will be available at the registration desk.

Registration includes:

Refreshments, including lunch on the day you are registered
Attendance to all main conference sessions on the day you are registered
Access to poster sessions and exhibition area on the day you are registered
Access to the conference app
Attendance at the welcome reception

Payment is required upon registration. We accept payment by card only. All payments made must be in Sterling (£).

Conference Dinner tickets

Please note that VAT at 20% will be applied to Conference Dinner tickets.

Non-Member Concessionary and Non-Member Undergraduate / Foundation Doctor registration is available for Allied Scientists; PhD Students; Post-Doctoral Fellows, Technicians, Residents, Undergraduate Students and Foundation Doctors.

To be eligible you will need to provide a written statement from your supervisor/head of department verifying your status. You will be asked to upload this when registering for the meeting.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled before 2 June 2026 – 100% of the conference fee is refundable. All cancellations are subject to a £50 administrative fee.

No refunds are payable from 2 June 2026 onwards.

All applicable refunds will be made after the conference.
Bank service charges and all administration fees will be deducted from all conference registration refunds.

Registration Substitution Policy

Substitutions/replacements can be made at any time up to 19 June 2026.

Notification of changes or cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the Manchester Pathology 2026 Organising Team at MP2026@abbeyconferences.com.

Cancellation of the Conference

In the unlikely case of cancellation of the event, the organisers shall not accept liability for any consequential loss and shall have no liability to reimburse any other costs that may have been incurred, including transport costs, accommodation etc. Delegates are encouraged to take out travel insurance when making travel and accommodation arrangements.

BDIAP/Pathological Society Event Etiquette

Delegates must read and agree to the Event Etiquette when registering and participating in Manchester Pathology 2026.

Audio Recording and Video Recording

Audio recording and video recording may take place at the conference. The release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of this content will be used for news, webcasts, promotional purposes, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by the conference, its affiliates and representatives. Please notify us if you wish to be removed from any such materials by emailing MP2026@abbeyconferences.com.
